Updated Spa Policies
Check out some of the updates we have made to our spa policies! Most of these policies remain the same, and are just a good reminder when planning your visit to the spa.
Our Underage Policy
“St George Day Spa considers children between 12 and 17 years of age as “underage” guests. Our underage policy states that guests between the ages of 12 and 17 can freely participate in the following services with a signed consent form; Massage, facial services or waxing services (excluding brazilian and bikini waxes) . Recommended clothing for underage guests include leisure, active wear or any comfortable clothing for services. Any guest 6-12 years of age may still receive pedicure services.”
Cancellation and No-Show Policies
Late Cancellation
“The SGDS team requires a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule treatments. This allows us enough time to accommodate re-booking any “wait list” guests. Late cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of service cost.. Waxing appointments are very time sensitive, clients who are 5 minutes late will be asked to reschedule and charged a no show fee. We appreciate your understanding!”
No Show
“To keep our spa running smoothly, if you are 15 or more minutes late you are considered a no show and will be asked to reschedule your appointment. You will be charged a 100% no show fee to compensate our providers.Waxing appointments are very time sensitive, clients who are 5 minutes late will be considered no shows. This policy allows us to retain the greatest providers in the St. George area!”
