Reservations

To hold a reservation, you must provide a valid credit card number with an expiration date. This applies even if you intend to pay with cash or a gift card/certificate. We will not charge your card unless you do not show for your appointment reservation or cancel in less than 24 hours of your reserved appointment time.

Payment Information & Return Policy

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover cards and cash. We do not accept personal checks. Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

What do I wear?

Dress to your comfort level. During a massage treatment, our therapists drape you to protect your privacy, so being completely naked is appropriate. If you feel more comfortable wearing undergarments for your massage, please feel free to do so.  For certain treatments, we can also provide disposable underwear.

Cell Phones

The Spa is a tranquil retreat, and we want to create an atmosphere that allows all our clients to escape from the world outside. In consideration of others, please refrain from talking on your cell phone while inside the spa. All cell phones must be in silent mode or turned off while at the Spa.

Gift Cards

Give the gift of health and beauty. Gift cards are a memorable expression of caring for any occasion. Gift cards are available in any denomination and may be used toward all products and services. Gift cards are transferable, but not refundable.  Gift cards expire 2 years from purchase.  Gift cards can be purchased in spa or online here.

Children

Guests must be at least 6 years of age to receive spa services. No children under the age of 6 are permitted inside the spa.

Hours

Monday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Military Discount

Present your valid Military I.D. and receive 10 percent off any one service at the Spa. Any day of the month, because we appreciate your service and your sacrifice. *Cannot be combined with other promotions.

Cancellations

Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes to all appointment reservations. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No Shows will be charged the full-service price. This policy also applies to gift card holders.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 – 20 minutes before your appointment. Arriving early allows you to transition from the outside world to the tranquility of the Spa. You may also fill out paperwork and enjoy our relaxation room. Your appointment reservation time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to honor each guest experience, late arrivals will receive only the remaining time of their appointment reservation.

Medical Conditions and Allergies

When scheduling your treatment, please let us know if you have any physical ailments, medical conditions, or allergies. Our practitioners should also be notified if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a heart condition, or any other medical condition. Our spa professional will personalize your treatment to meet any special needs or accommodations you may require.  If you have any questions about a spa treatment and your health, please call guest services. 435-986-3841.

Gratuity

Rates do not include gratuity, which is both appropriate and appreciated.
