At the Spa, everyone is a VIP! That’s why we created the Spa Loyalty program to reward YOU: our most loyal clients. You’ll earn points for each service you enjoy and each product you purchase.

20 reward points = $1 Spa Cash

Points for Action:

Re-booking at Checkout ——— 2 points per dollar

Online Booking ——— 50 points

First Time Service ——— 100 points

Points for Purchase:

Gift Certificate or Gift Card ——— 1 point per dollar

Any Retail Purchase ——— 2 points per dollar

Any Service Purchase ——— 1 point per dollar

Any Series or Package Purchase ——— 2 points per dollar

 

Rules

Our system automatically tracks the points you’ve earned. You can check your balance by asking at guest services, looking at the top of your receipt at checkout, or logging in to the St. George Day Spa app.

Redeeming loyalty Points

When you check out of your appointment at the spa, just alert guest services that you would like to spend your Spa Loyalty points and they will credit the transaction.

Enrolling in the loyalty Program

You are automatically enrolled in our Spa Loyalty program from the first time you make a purchase at the spa. You may have Spa Loyalty points now and not even know it! You can track your points in the St. George Day Spa app.

The Fine Print

There has to be a catch, right? Not really, but here are a couple of details about how the Spa Loyalty program works:

  • Spa Loyalty points will be awarded at the time of check out. For example, when you purchase a product your points will be available for your next visit.

  • Spa Loyalty points may not be redeemed for cash, used to purchase gift cards or for tipping.

  • No double dipping! Some purchases may not earn points. For example, you won’t earn points if you use a gift certificate for your purchase. Spa Loyalty points were awarded on the purchase of the gift certificate.

  • Spa Loyalty Points are non-transferrable.

  • Spa Loyalty Points may not be valid with some special offers, sale items or special purchases.

  • Spa loyalty points will expire if account is inactive for 12 months.

  • We reserve the right to terminate or modify the program at any time.

  • You may not earn Spa Loyalty Points on purchases or services made using third party gift certificates or tender.
